Jesse Chen
A tri-lingual Air Force veteran with 15+ years of professional experience, serving in Afghanistan, Iraq/Syria, and the Mediterranean as a linguist in Arabic and Chinese. After earning an MBA at Dartmouth, he held multiple executive positions in tech and consulting companies. Now residing in Seattle with his wife Kari, their dog Chevy, and three cats, he enjoys fitness, reading, cooking, travel, and hiking. A results-driven executive, Jesse excels in strategy development, team leadership, client relationship cultivation, and critical decision-making under pressure, focusing on maximizing performance at every level.

Breanna Oliver
Bre honed her strategic leadership and project management skills over 23 years and 10 assignments serving in the United States Air Force. Most notably, while serving at the Air Force’s highest levels, she managed a $323M talent acquisition portfolio for 14,500 service members in 32 specialties. Her career culminated as an installation command chief overseeing the professional development and welfare of 7,000 personnel, focusing on executive engagement, team building, and operational efficiency. Bre's pivotal role advanced community impact and fostered innovation. She holds multiple degrees and certifications, with extensive experience in diplomacy, language program management, and the Intelligence Community. She lives with her partner, Joe, in Texas and serves as a full-time dance and gymnastics mom to her two daughters. Bre feels her calling is to spread joy into the world which she tries to accomplish through her efforts breeding emotional support and therapy animals.
